3.5GHz should not be a problem considering my E2160 will do 3.66GHz on air without getting crazy tweaking BIOS settings.

I bought an E6850 because I have a 975X mobo (400-440 FSB max, but I wanted CrossFire), but I can easily do 3.6GHz on air. You ought to do rather well on a P35.
