Guest YuKoN Posted March 7, 2006 Posted March 7, 2006 I saw a similar project on TV a while back- It was a Dodge Dakota Pickup that actually used the turbine to power the wheels(the VW does not) and the exhaust pipe on the truck,like a 20" stack, was vented up behind the cab at a 45 deg. angle to create downforce. You gotta love these guys- they've got the brains. This literally IS rocket science. I just wish I had an extra helicopter engine($30,000-100,000) lying around!
