  1. I think it has a WLAN port and 4 LAN ports, and I have 3 computers, one will have the connection w/adapter and sent it to the router, and the other 2 will be pluged into the router

When I plug the cord coming out of the computer A with the adapter, would it go into the WLAN port on the router

  2. ok yeah sdy has it right

my parents have a cable modem/wireless router combo thing from linksis.

I dont want to have to buy a bunch of wireless NIC's that could get expensive, especially just for a bunch of older computers.

unless i can get some that are like 10-15 dollars, even then it does not have to be wireless nic cards, it could just be adapters

I had asked a question before, but forgot to finish asking it....

I have one wireless adapter, hooked into a computer, could I then somehow hook up a router to the computer that has internet and use the router to get the internet to all the other computers?

comp A + wireless adapter W/router hooked up to it

Router w/ 2 cables coming out hooking into Comps B and C

Will B and C have internet?

  3. Ok, at my parents house they have comcast highspeed internet, I was thinking of putting up some rigs that I dont use there and hooking them to the internet and having them fold.

In the basement, they have their computer hooked to the internet with the cable modem. they have wireless networking for my sister to get internet in her room. I was wondering if I could go out and buy a new cable modem to hook to the tv cable in my old room and set up the computers in there. Would that make the bill bigger?

  4. I was going to let him decide which case he would like and have him post it, because the case should be all up to your personal opinion, you have to like it to get it, unless the price is just amazing. :)

Im thinking about going DFI for my next upgrade, but of course this will not be my first build, so agreed.

Why will the DFI make him cry?

  5. The setup looks nice, everything should work well, but if it were me doing a new setup for gaming and ocing, I would go with a board made from either MSI (Ever since I got my first one, thats what I have stuck with), DFI (good for oc from what I have heard), or a ASUS (heard good things bout them too).

The only other thing that I would change is the vid card, I prefer the ATI cards because I have never ran into a problem with them, except for recently when I forgot to update drivers.

    That aside, HDD

    2 of these

    69.99 and 5.94 shiping

and with the case, i would not start off with water cooling, which may be something you want to get into later but start with air...

    I shop here for cases...

  6. What would be a good airplane flying sim game to get? I have always wanted one, but I want a good one...anyone know of one?

And of course if I get an airplane game I have to have a Joystick( <_< )..lol

  7. I agree with hardnrg, you should go with the 939 because there are going to be alot more resources out there for the overclocking experience. You will be able to find better bios updates for the boards, along with things to compare your temps, oc, etc with others data.

I would stick with the 939
