Official Forum Wars Scoring Thread

This is the place you should post your Forum Wars scores.

Please keep discussion to an absolute minimum to make it easier on the cops (who have to check and submit your scores).

Ideally this thread should be scores only.

If you have questions or want to discuss Forum Wars further then please refer to the Discussion Thread.

That also includes any other important information.

If you are unsure about how to post a score for submission, then you can find a good example here.

A few important things to make sure you do when submitting your score:

- Include a timestamp in any screenshots (hover your cursor over the time in the bottom right corner)

- Include compare links for 3Dmark scores

- Include your forum user name and that it is a forum wars score in the description of 3DMark results.

- Include hwbot links for Aquamark, SuperPi and WPrime

- Sign up for a Geekbench account on their site so that results appear under your username

WPrime 1.55 - make sure WPrime is using the right number of threads for your processor under advanced settings if your times seem slow.

If you are not sure how to use hwbot or what is required for submitting a score there are guides on the Forum Wars Site

Please remember that for the stock scoring phase (5th - 19th of September) you should be running your system at stock clocks. That means no overclocking*.

When posting images in your scoring submissions, please try and use small thumbnails (and I definitely don't want to see any bitmaps.. because I won't look at them if you post them).

For the overclocked phase (27th Sept - 18th Oct) you should be attempting to push your scores as high as possible. Please note that it isn't necessary to submit a full set of benchmark results at one time (though waiting until you have all results may be sensible).

Stock scoring is now finished

You must submit overclocked scores before 11.59pm (CST), Saturday 18th October

*some motherboards (namely Abit) overclock slightly by default, which is acceptable. Please make a note of this in you post for clarity.

edit - I'd like to see a second Aquamark screenshot of the actual score result, along with a hwbot submission, but I'll let it slide this once (seeing as you obviously can submit scores to hwbot.. just remember to do it next time).

Everyone else, please make note to submit your aquamark scores on hwbot.

::edit:: I noticed under my VGA it says "4870X2 SLI/CF", but it is a single card. Not sure if that is just tagging it as dual GPU or if it is considering it a dual 4870X2(CrossfireX) system!
