Krieg1337 Posted July 24, 2013 Posted July 24, 2013 (edited) I moved to California and temps are a bit higher in my room now(well I lowered the AC a bit now so it should be better) But this was tested at about 26C ambient. 3770K @ 4.5ghz, 1.25v with Thermaltake 2.0 Extreme Idle: 30C Load: 83C (Hottest) Edited July 24, 2013 by Krieg1337

Krieg1337 Posted July 25, 2013 Posted July 25, 2013 (edited) That was with IBT and actually room temp was 27C as I had been testing with Linx before that. Here is about 15 minutes of Prime95 at ~25C, so more normal usage, although it will never even get close to that kind of load. (During games peak I saw was 55C on the hottest core and that was after a few hours when my room was getting a bit toasty) Edited July 25, 2013 by Krieg1337
Waco Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 I wouldn't even bat an eye at 80 C in Linpack.
