My Mom’s fried chicken. Everyone (friends and relatives) always raved over it. Unfortunately, she passed over 30 years ago. She never wrote down any of her homemade recipes, and no one that I’ve talked to ever got it from her. Haven’t had anything close to it since. All I can say about it is if “Colonel” Sanders (of KFC fame) had her recipe, he would have been a “5 Star General”. Man, I wish I had some now.

Szechuan chinese food and Sushi would be my all time 2 fave type foods, cajun comes in a close 3rd. I do like pretty much any type of food though.
