3.5 is not bad at all. You should be able to run unlinked with the memory at at least 1066 and the cpu at 1550 or 1600. Linked and Synced at about 450 fsb is wicked fast though.

May give 1T command rate a shot soon.

The fsb voltage has the biggest effect on stability and higher clock speeds.

CPU core==Whatever it needs and you are comfortable with.

CPU FSB== 1.5 to 1.55

Memory 2.3 to 2.4 above 533

Nforce SPP==1.4 is fine

ah good info.

Im trying These Settings right now.

Clock: 3.33 Ghz

Vcore: 1.472

MCH Voltage: + .1

FSB Voltage: + .3

Memory Voltage: + .2

Do you think the FSB voltage is more important than High Vcore?

Theres so many variables to find the right settings... I am seeing if SMP Folding is stable On these settings as we speak. StressCPU2 was fine for 30 mins..

I have my FSB Voltage @ 1.4v right now, so far so good but I will put it to 1.5v if I have issues. Vcore may need to be set to 1.5vcore. I think it takes both to make it a stable o/c, fsb and vcore.

Cooler: Scythe Mine W/Artic Silver 5

My temps are Fine. At least I think they are.

When I was Clocked @ 3.41 Ghz My MAX Load temp Never Excedded 59C. (Running StressCPU2, Similar to orthos)

SMP Folding Right now is 48C.

And the hotest its ever gotten on SMP Folding, Gamming or other wise is 54C.

Idle is 25C. And Its been as low as 44C while SMP Folding is running.

My Room temps are between 72F and 75F.

I have a tornado On my Northbridge also.

Well, I Don't really care if any of the given stress test programs fails or passes.

If I am able to run SMP Folding for days without problems, then its stable to me.

Though I do use StressCPU2 as a quick less than hour Test.

Btw: I use Core Temp and sometimes Everest to moniter temps.

I use TAT, core temp reads cooler than TAT on mine, hmm not sure on that. Maybe run memtest...

Yea, It may also be my harddrive. I will check both out.

I am hoping that its more HD more so than bad RAM or a Bad OCing Proc..

I dunnue I might just buy another HD for more space...
