I'm thinking about running it to cool my upcoming 64 rig.. I just wanna hear any owners' thoughts on it. Obviously i dont think its gonna be a bad cooler.. But how is the weight and everything else? and how does it fit well on a DFI Lanparty (prolly the board i will get)? Does it have 2 fans or just 1? Is it worth the $62? BTSchnarfy Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 I have the 939 version of it, and I have been very pleased with it thus far (kept my Opteron 146 @ 1.55V at 42C Folding load). It has one fan, but it is quite effective. Obviously there are better coolers (especially at that price), but I highly doubt you will be disappointed with it. Oh, and it is all copper but it has a coating on it to make it look metallic like that. kingdingeling Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 holodream, i would recommend either the Tuniq Tower 120 (what ccoke suggested), the Si-128 from Thermalright (http://www.xoxide.com/thermalright-si-128.html), or the Noctua NH-12 (http://www.xoxide.com/noctua-nh-u12-cooler.html). For the Tuniq and Noctua, they have really good reviews and look solid as well, for the SI-128, I have the predecessor, the SI-120, and its AWESOME to say the least! road-runner Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 (edited) I have the copper one on a Pentium D 920 2.8ghz O.C. to 3400 and running 2 versions of folding all the time recording video, DVDs, listen to music at the same time and my cpu runs cool, its 38.5C right now.
