Second thing that entered my head was 1337 code. Could C3H8 mean "CEHB"? As far as acronyms go, CEHB doesn't stand for anything relevant. Third thing, perhaps it's a cypher of something? A scrambled word. I get Cheb, Bech, and a few others, none of which make any sense. Fourth, perhaps a code? CEHB representing other numbers or letters? 3582. Search reveals nothing relevant.
