Yeah the card wasn't in there when I took some of the pictures. I think it came a day or two later... thought I had a pic of it installed, but I guess not. Actually, it must still be on the camera. I just threw up 5 or 6 pics really fast. I was more or less just trying to show the phases of the build. I think I took some more pics of it in its complete stage... I'll pull them off the camera sometime and repost.

isnt setting stuf on top of anti-static bags bad?

Yes, yes it is........

Anti static bags are designed to keep static OUT of the bag, which results in a buildup of static on the outside of the bag. So it would probably be safer to put your mobo on your carpet than on the outside of an anti-static bag..........

Did you really buy an SLI mobo and only one video card.  I know SLI video cards are expensive, but not maxing out that function had to hurt....

I bought the motherboard because I'll be able to upgrade in the future. I don't have any needs currently that'll utilize the full ability of two cards. When gaming gets to the point where I'm starting to struggle, I'll easily be able to buy another 256meg card (which will be cheaper) to handle the needs. Upgradability is important to me when purchasing a motherboard. I tend to keep and use PC's for a long time.
