Gremlin Posted May 10, 2005 Posted May 10, 2005 Does any one know of a good site to register domain names?? Does anyone use godaddy.com? How are they? I know there is 1and1 heard they are not good for support and one other one is nameischeap or something like that. Thanks for your help. OvKillz Posted May 10, 2005 Posted May 10, 2005 Yep, have used godaddy many times in the fast, Execellent and very reliable. Though iv heard Namecheap.com offers a wider variety of features for around the same price. Know a few people who have used it, and have had no problems. Supertech Posted May 12, 2005 Posted May 12, 2005 Go Daddy crap..... mydomain.com 7.50 free e-mail forwarding, free web forwarding, all the bells and whistles.... Go Daddy charges for that stuff last time I checked.....I could be wrong tho....
Guest Raven65 Posted May 12, 2005 Posted May 12, 2005 Ok, here's the deal. Try to get tech support or any support from GoDaddy. You Can't. My friend uses GoDaddy, we have called many times for support or tech related issues and what do you get? Please call back, High call Volume. That's why I use A-Plus Online tech support via chat. Never a busy Signal or Message. Weigh your options.

cybergrunt69 Posted May 12, 2005 Posted May 12, 2005 godaddy is good, but from what I've seen, their DNS hosting service blows (use your own, just point theirs to yours). http://www.joker.com is good too
