fire_storm Posted December 16, 2004 Posted December 16, 2004 I voted other becasuse I tend to buy different brands of cd drives. For me as long as it can play games, listen to music, dvds, burn cds fine I get it. I have a sony cdrdvd witch I only use for dvds because it does not work well with games and a compusa cd drive. Seth_Man Posted December 18, 2004 Posted December 18, 2004 HP CD-R are where its at, $7.99 for a 50 spindle at staples and ive never had one screw up, flake or develop data errors over time. Memorex for DVD-R media they seem to work the best and havent had any device compatiblity problems. they play in everything so far. Fireonice Posted December 18, 2004 Posted December 18, 2004 memorex. there usually the cheapest and in my opinion they are very good quailty. i have had problems with the no name brands. like the data peels off if it falls on the floor.
