Old faithful hyper evo !You really need to clean your case lol Lol, yup, I don't bother in the summer because windows are all open and temps are not bad, now that winter is coming the heat will be turned on so I'll get my air compressor out, pull both sides off it and give it a blast, usually have to do it every 4 weeks during cooler months.
