Official 'What Did You Buy/Receive for Christmas' Thread

Recommended Posts

In the spirit of the holiday season, I'm interested in knowing what everyone bought themselves/gave/received for Christmas?

And when I say Christmas, I mean the entire holiday (including birthdays, Hanukkah, or anything else you celebrate).

What I've bought myself so far:

- Asrock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3

- 8GB of Kingston RAM

- A nice acoustic guitar (Gonna try learning it in the next couple months)

- LG IPS234V-PN 23" 1080p monitor

What about you? Don't forget some pics! :)

Bought myself a iPhone 5.

Darn, I thought our Steam chat convinced you otherwise.

By the time the iPhone 7 rolls around, you might have to buy special pants to carry it around. :P

40" Sony TV

:O Whoever's getting that better appreciate it

I already gave it to my parents, they loved it. My dad's been wanting a second TV (we only have one Samsung 52", we don't watch much TV) for his office (works from home) so he can watch the news while he works.

Gifts I received:

Big mug with "Mug of Tea" on it

Some kind of strange thing filled with sand and blue liquid and... I have no idea what it is

a screw driver pen thingy, a bit of a strange present but I liked it anyway, handy for when I'm working on laptops

Bosch cordless drill

Lock box? Someone felt bad about forgetting to get me anything so now they want to make a lock box for me

Gifts I gave:

Olympus XZ-1

Sugar Cubes

Towel Holder

Razor Blades

Gifts for myself:

Absolutely nothing

I don't really get into the presents part of Christmas too much, I mostly just enjoy the company.
