2Gb card or 1gb?

You will be happy with the 7850. Now just to deal with those AMD drivers... Lol

 

You weren't kidding with the drivers huh. Brand new Sapphire 7850 HD installed, opened up BF3 to see the auto settings had all switched from the previous auto settings of high with my 4870 to medium under the 7850. Getting really low FPS MSI Afterburner. WTF????

 

Anyone help?

Reinstalled drivers?

 

Yeah tried the ones from the disk, then reinstalled the latest from the Sapphire site.

Your driver control panel. Do you have antialiasing or anything like that forced on?

in 3D applications settings within CCC it's set to performance?

There is a thread in this forum for the newest catalyst 12.6 drivers with a link. Also a couple of posts in ,el_capitan touches on how to intall them correctly.

Nope it's all just default use application settings.
