bp9801 Posted May 20, 2012 Posted May 20, 2012 Call it modded TV. Basically, if I remember correct from what he has, he's using a 40" monitor. That is, a screen that simply requires a cable box or satellite feed in order to get TV channels because it lacks a built-in TV tuner. Il_napoletano Posted May 20, 2012 Posted May 20, 2012 Large format display? It has DVI. what's the make and model of it?.... Is it clear? as some screens that big sometimes tend to be blurry if you sit closer than 5ft to the screen... it makes me miss my dad's dual 30".. Andrewr05 Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 I use my Grado SR60s most of the time, but I do have my 2.0 shelf-system stereo hooked up through USB. That thing despite being about ~8 years old still out basses most 2.1 setups, plus I can listen to FM/AM when ever too.
sword_fish Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 i have the Yamaha RX-V350 DD/DTS receiver with it's 5.1 speakers and a Piranha headset. the former seemed scandalous with my FPS gaming so i preferred the latter or there will be flying pillows if i play late at night otherwise
