SpeedCrazy Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 As some of you may remember about 3 weeks ago i RMAed my fan controller for inconsistent and sometimes no power feeding. Well the replacement, which arrived sealed but looking a mess(bent capacitors and loads of dust) has now succumbed to the same problems. Locutus Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 Yeah, scythe has great fans but their controllers are garbage. That's what you get for buying the cheapest controller on the market. XD

nforce4max Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 I rarely use fan speed controllers for a reason but I do got one fancy one that came with one of my cases. 4 fans with full control along with 4 thermometers plus 4 more fan connections that aren't controlled. bishop245 Posted December 9, 2010 Posted December 9, 2010 Tornadoes are a true torture to controllers when they were hot on the market vantech made the only one rated to control them, but I am not sure if they still make the controllers or not. The best bet is to either grab a vantech one of ebay or buy some quieter fans.
