Need help underclocking computer

Yeah I need help to underclock my computer, what are some programs? My friend told me I needed to underclock FSB so what are some programs for that

for energy saving and less heat, but if he wants to do that I would recommend undervolting and not underclocking

What do you mean, "your friend told you" to underclock? Why did he say you needed to do that?

you may not be able to underclock safely. I would not recommend using any type

of software to change the setting of the system. The bios is really the only safe to do it

and your HP most likely will not allow you to make speed changes.

Underclocking would save $1.65(LOL) a month if you ran 24/7 compared to defualt. Let be serious about this.
