Or Tony the Tiger?!?!! BTW, the cops couldn't go against their word. That would send distrust throughout the U.S., and nobody would ever plea bargain again. This is how the justice system works, and you can't change it just because you think he should die anyway. Besides which, if you ask any of the victims' families, I bet you they'd rather have the bodies of their loved ones, then see the guy die and never know where their loved one is.
