If I may ask, What are you scared of?

This MB is one of the best on the market.

I have read a bunch of the reviews on this board. I have not found a single end user that is not 100% satisfied with this board.

I personally have never had any MB that has memtest encluded in the bios?

Where did you get this from?

It does not matter about this trivial stuff.

You can run memtest from a floppy disk anytime.

It has to be done in a pure dos mode and that is as pure as it gets.

CALM DOWN and go with the good stuff.

Forget the spooks & ghosts, live with faith and the fact that this Mfg Co has the best reputation ever.

Biostar Tfforce and the DFI LP have memtest. I love that as I dont want the hassle of running a floppy and unfortunately my ultimate boot cd doesnt seem to work... any ideas anyone?

#1=Make sure the CD-r drive is on the very end of the IDE cable.

#2=Make sure the CD-r drive is encluded in the boot list.

#3=Make sure the CD-r drive is operational.

If all these are OK, there is no reason the CD-r drive will not boot.

All = yes. It goes halfway and it just doesn't boot. I try the boot cd in another pC and it works.

The DVD Burner worked on the last PC i used. I'm so lost on that.
