function8 Posted June 21, 2006 Posted June 21, 2006 ..i saw this over at shoutwire and thought it was really weird...check it out: 1.) Open an empty notepad file 2.) Type "Bush hid the facts" (without the quotes) 3.) Save it as whatever you want. 4.) Close it, and re-open it. .....weird stuff

ReelFiles Posted June 21, 2006 Posted June 21, 2006 The Bush one "works" in Vista, but not the other one mentioned, so I guss MS half-way fixed it, LOL.

wingspar Posted June 21, 2006 Posted June 21, 2006 Ok, what’s the significance of that, other than getting nine little squares instead of “Bush hid the facts”?

Burky Posted June 21, 2006 Posted June 21, 2006 Neat. Is there an explaination why it works? (other than "it's a programming error")

wingspar Posted June 21, 2006 Posted June 21, 2006 It works? It works doing what? Is this a programers inside thing or something? I wold venture to say it’s useless and meaningless to most who read this.
red930 Posted June 21, 2006 Posted June 21, 2006 It also works if you type "Bush the hid facts". So I guess there's really no hidden message afterall.
