Personally, I would be safer in knowing that they have given me their blessing in using them. Guys, this is some funny stuff here. I've been smiling so much my cheeks are starting to hurt. As far as the use of logos goes, as long as you don't break their trademark you are free to use them. This is how online retailers are able to use the logos in their ads. At one casino I worked for, the director of security didn't like the smile on the harlequin face in the logo. When the patches for the security department arrived marketing had to confiscate and destroy them. If you don't make any fundamental changes in the logo you are good to go. If I do not get approval, then I won't be able to implement any of his pics in your sig.
