Dynomutt Posted August 27, 2005 Posted August 27, 2005 Well my budget is just over £100 and i need a cooler and some more AS5 too so the OCZ although nice is out of my budget. i Have now ordered the Hiper and the Gigabyte G-Power Pro (Socket A/754/939/478/775) Cooler (GH-PDU21-MF) (HS-004-GI) woohoo cannot wait, no more nasty digs about me PSU from you guys or me mates. lol
davidhammock200 Posted August 27, 2005 Posted August 27, 2005 guys you are overdoing it a bit on the psu recommendations in my opinion im doing jsut fine with a Hiper TypeR 480 w psu...The Hiper Type R's are approved & recommended, however as we haven't seen a lot of these in the DFI N4's yet, we use the "A" list to "strongly recommend" what we KNOW from experence works best. Dave  yeah ok i can see what you mean, but if the lower cost PSU's are recommended i don't see why you always tell people to buy the most expensive ones, not that your help is not appreciated, but sometimes cheaper stuff does work just as good as the expensive . out there.. The problem comes from having to shop outside of the US, where availibility & prices vary a lot more than they do here. Not to mention, that I do not know what is available there & at what price. The Hiper's were added to the recommended list just for our UK/EU members. Dave

Vassili Zaitsev Posted August 27, 2005 Posted August 27, 2005 Im thinking on buying this baby: http://www.coolerguys.com/840556018971.html Is not so expensive, 535Watts, SLI ready. It should work very well with my future rig, no more than 4 HDD, a x800GT maybe, 2 GB RAM, some 4 to 6 fans and 2 UV neons... Do you think it can work fine with 2x6800Ultra?
