zorton Posted July 25, 2003 Posted July 25, 2003 I use ZoneAlarm, AdAware and SpyBot. The AdAware and SpyBot, I update and run once a week. The ZoneAlarm, of course, runs all the time. I get very limited pop-ups and when I run my spy programs, they find very little. I also tie a very tight knot in my cable wire...makes it hard for bad things to get in.
