NF4 SLI-D> Problem with X2 4400+

Recommended Posts

I dont think there is any possible way that the CPU would internally split the voltage into 2 separate lines. The voltage regulators send voltage to the CPU and thats it. Dual core = both cores run from the same voltage line (hence no socket change from single core to dual core).

The values you are getting are either some other internally monitored value (like LDT voltage or something that does not show in smartguardian) or a program bug (like the fact that sandra shows 1T Command Rate as 2T almost always).

Dont freak out. One core is indeed weaker than the other... two cores of equal and identical quality is a very unlikely scenario anyways. Be realistic.

True there can infact be only one voltage; did some more research.

This voltage is set to the whole socket: meaning the two cores.

And the fact that one core is weaker then the other is most of the time because he gests to mutch heat of the other core.
