    my XFX runs fine. and for your mobo, i hear really good stuff on DFI, but my MSI runs fine for me. i had troubles running with ASUS (the mobo fried twice on me), but when i switched to MSI, it worked right away.

    hey guys, i really want to use gentoo linux, and i've already failed once. i would like to know if there is anything i can follow exactly besides the handbook. any help would be greatly appreciated.

    i have the ti-89 titanium, but i'm only in precal the best part of ti-89 titanium so far for me are the csc, sec, and cot. they are not in ti-83 plus. i'm sure you've already passed that though

    go with MSI. i have the same processor. i haven't tried OCing yet, but it works really well right now. the asus a8n-sli premium fried twice on me. literally, smoke came out from the motherboard on the first try. i'm never going with asus again.
