  1. I know what your talking about! I had these size 9 Vans, and they were so worn out I had to replace them. I went to Shoe Carnival to find out that I actually had size 13 feet O_o I guess all that cushion just squishes outta the way. These 13's are gettin' a little small, but I'm so used to them :\
  2. In my networking class, we are going to put together a network (obviously) and eventually we'll do it with multiple operating systems. So I was wondering... What would be the best flavor of linux (and most painless) for creating a network? These PCs are fairly old, most of them have PIIIs (~900MHz) and ~192Mb of ram, with upwards of 4 gigs HDD space. I was thinking Red Hat, but I don't know which later version I can use, given the system specs of these machines. So yea... suggestions? Oh, and any good lannable games for linux that'll run on these guys?
  3. That just reminded me... I've got the original "Philophers Stone" from England when it first came out... I didn't read any of the books til the 4th one came out, then I read those ones. I haven't read any more than that :\
  4. Merga smergen vergan durga! lol, I finished german 2 sophomore year, and don't remember jack squat.
  5. First off... are you in the Uk? Cuz if not, TURN THAT SWITCH BACK RIGHT NOW! What that switch does, is it basically selects whether or not your using american volt/amps, or european volt/amps. If you set it to the incorrect place, it can damage your motherboard. :edit: lol, beat me to it, ste
  6. big ol' comfy Vans for me, they last forever.
  7. last time I built a PC for a friend, I didn't ask for anything in return, and he slipped me a 20 before I left... But yea, close friend, I wouldn't charge. But if it's someone that, you know, gets on your nerves alot, then I'd definitely charge. Make him think twice before being so freaking lazy.
  8. Thanks everybody, I picked one up yesterday, plugged it in, and it was ready to go in mere seconds! Cool beans.
  9. KB's photoshop contest inspired me to make myself a christmas avatar... so, watcha think?
  10. I remember that too! it was an ATi showoff thing.
  11. You can get 2gb of the OCZ ram you have now, that's still good stuff.
  12. How about... A FLAMING SANTA HAT! How awesome is that!
  13. I was snoopin' around and I found this linky. So the video is most likely fake, but the concept is certainly closer then we think :0
  14. fake or not, it's only a matter of time before the 360 gets hacked... 60 bucks a game will prolly make it happen faster X_X
  15. Which is why I try to get either eVGA or BFG whenever possible, although XFX is my third favorite.
