airman Posted June 18, 2009 Posted June 18, 2009 DONE I CHEATED and did a quick blend with Mikeocks and Airmans, still looks a bit "meh"... the red line i had was supposed to be some sort of laser or something "burning" his away....but oh well. that's what I was going for. Someone else needs to do this one because I'm not man enough to figure out how to blend into it. lmao That brushed metal look is hard to duplicate. I tried doing a mirror effect on it and making it look like airmans was reflecting onto my swath but it felt too much like a copout... Screw it someone else do it, I've ran out of ideas... airman Posted June 19, 2009 Posted June 19, 2009 (edited) ok i did what i could here. i took off what i tried to do to blend it or whatever - so literally pixeled in a "blend" with the bit of white lines left of mike's. like i said, i did what I could. also andrewr, try using some special effects brushes on the smear tool. Worst Memory Ever... but just a note, if mikes was clipped by one pixel on the right and then restretched, mine would match up perfectly I trimmed mikes and its still isn't perfect...
