it is pretty hard to tell if my pumps are running when the loops are bled of air... I had to put my hand around the pump to see if it was actually running or not lol...

maybe you should have the Eheim hooked up to a relay, and add an IEC socket at the back with a Y-splitter IEC cable...

I have a pci relay, there was just no room for it with crossfire. I think this next time I am going to use it in the one pci slot that I have access to and run a cat 5 cable to it instead of using the wireless pci card. That simple relay would have stop this disaster...

you work with electricity for a living don't you? should be easy enough to make a non-PCI relay then :)

I was thinking something more along the lines of the molex activated relay you get with a Meanwell (you could make one quite easily):

Swiftech do this relay kit separately: http://www.crazypc.com/products/9321.html

DD do one too: http://www.dangerden.com/store/product.php...mp;bestseller=Y

or this (add relay inside PSU): http://coolercasesuk.co.uk/showthread.php?t=308

Since when is the possibility of loosing two higher end video cards and motherboard ever remotely close to the bright side?

Is there any chance of a RMA for them RR?

Well since the ram sinks are super glued on the VC probably not much of chance. The MB well that is a different story, I just got it so good chance....

I got lucky both cards are ok also, if I had not been standing right there when it happened to unplug it I might not have been so lucky. I also seen why the one tubing popped off before the others. I am using those plastic zip clamps and the one that came of was for the next size up tubing and was not tightening properly. I guess if it wouldn't have popped off and none of the others popped off either it would have got so hot it would have burn the VCs up. Man I happy right now everything survived....
