CoD4 Release date is confusing

Well, I was thinking about ordering CoD4 for PS3 tonight as I thought it was release tommorow (6th Nov)

 

I went on play.com and noticed on the ps3 version it said:

 

Pre-order. | Due for release on 09/11/2007

 

And then when I looked on the PC page it said CoD4 countdown - 4 Days to go!

 

Then when I clicked on the PC game, it said its in stock and you will get it in 24 hours......

 

On IGN.com it says,

 

CoD4 - ps3

US: November 5, 2007

Europe: November 2, 2007

Australia: November 7, 2007

 

When does this game come out

Yeah....I havn't seen one yet, but I really did think it was tommorow (Nov. 6)

 

Now on multiple sites it says its released on the Nov. 9 (Friday)

 

Can someone please clear this mess up

 

EDIT: After looking soo many places I kinda give up....there all confusing me with this 'It was released on Nov. 5' and 'It's out on friday but you might get it earlier'.....

 

I'm just gonna pre-order it from play.com, and just try and forget about it.

iv been playing it since the 4th, i thought it was out already (i guess the street dates was just broken is all). playing 2 hours online and i'm level 16 lol

Went to Gamestop and they said their copies were coming in today. The guy said he wasn't sure if the PC version was in the package that is coming or not, because on his list it just says PS3/360/360 limited edition. I have to call back around 4:30 and see if they got the PC version with the PS3 and 360 or not.
