could someone please how to creat a screene, and what software i need to do this .

as in a screenshot?

 

Hit the print key button on your keyboard which will take the screen shot and put it on your clip board, then paste it into MS Paint, Photoshop or whatever, and save.

 

And to take a screen of a particular window, Ctrl+Shift+Alt+Print Screen in that order

The "clip board" is where info is stored when you copy some text, or anything for that matter. Just press the 'print screen' button. Then go into paint and press CTRL+V (paste shortcut), and your screenshot will appear. You can then save, and trim/edit the screen shot to your heart's desire.
