My computer room over the last year or so has gotten the nickname "The Meatlocker" mostly due to Hardnrg who over embelishes the fact that I like it cold lol. Yes, my computer room is kept quite cold (normally stays in the 5*C - 10*C range year round) when benchmarking and OCing though the room temps are normally dropped to or below 0*C.
