Indubitably.

 

Doesn't bother me at all, the more culture and the stronger the cheese the better.

 

I've eaten cheese that had a bunch of mold on it before, just carved off the extra green bits and ate the rest.

 

 

:D

 

You should import "old Amsterdam", a dutch cheese that i don't really like, but i can see why people would like them.
