Right now for 5.5ghz I run 1.47 vcore. For the higher 6ghz+ numbers I had to run 1.55+ vcore. Never once stepped above 50 degrees Celsius even at 6.2ghz, I was just concerned with how much voltage I was giving it, didn't want to burn it out.
