MJCRO Posted October 24, 2011 Posted October 24, 2011 So I've probably submitted like 10 forms to ASUS to RMA my Xonar DX and I've yet to get a response, it's been like over 2 weeks of submitting forms and calling ASUS support and their lines are just always busy. This is ridiculous, ASUS support is such a eff'n joke.

Speedway Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 I haven't had any problems with ASUS customer support. I have dealt with them on many RMAs and they are by far my fav RMA process Not sure why you are getting this kind of a deal. But call 812-282-2787, I'm sure it will get figured out in 1 call
Boinker Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 I have felt with them a few times. They are hit and miss as far as service goes.
Praz Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 MJCRO Go to the ROG forum using the link below. Make a post to Mason. His user name is Mason@ASUS. Explain you problem attempting the RMA and that I suggested you contact him directly. He will get it sorted out for you. http://www.asusrog.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?71-ASUS-Republic-of-gamers-Warranty-RMA
MJCRO Posted October 25, 2011 Posted October 25, 2011 (edited) It's okay now guys, I finally got through to someone, shipping out my card tomorrow to their RMA service center in CA. Just kind of annoying how sometimes you gotta go through stuff like this. BTW Thanks Praz. Edited October 25, 2011 by MJCRO
