It's 4GB of DDR3 1600 and has been used in both an AMD X6 and Intel P67 system without any problems. The default timings are 9-9-9-24, but I had no trouble running them at CL8 with 1.55v. They are certified to run between 1.55v and 1.75v without problems. YMMV on overclocks and timings.
