They unlocked the starter Human zone and a level 40-ish Charr zone. Human Zone will have the storytelling, however they kept the Charr zone to a minimum since they don't want to spoil the story that far into the game. Only if you finished the book: Killeen and Kranxx. Glad he wasn't like Clagg.
