Looking for a blank memory stick placeholder.

Recommended Posts

Hard to explain I know, but back in 2002-2003 some Asus motherboards came shipped with these flat PCB placeholders to fill the memory card slots on their motherboards, they had no memory chips soldered to them they were just PCB with the gold "teeth" on the memory stick.

I used to use one as a geek bookmark and lost the book and bookmark. I really loved that thing.

If anyone has one lying around I'll pay you for it :D

i remember not liking RDRAM because it was initally SO friggin' expensive.

lol.. they actually made a product that was so expensive that you could buy a blank board instead of more ram, and that usually was the practal solution because of the price.
