Brainteasers are one thing but that "black and white picture" is not an optical illusion get it in the middle of your screen without looking at it then look away for say 30 secs then look back and it is black and white. It is an animated slideshow/movie whatever not an illusion.

Drag it to your desktop and bring it up in preview it is 12 different pictures.

It may not be an illusion, but it's certainly a trick of the eye.
