Rokkaholik Posted March 22, 2009 Posted March 22, 2009 Just for enough space, look into the Antec 1200 for a case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16811129043 Power Supplies: Depends of you prefer Modular or NON modular Modular: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16817256017 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16817256036 NON-Modular http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16817139006 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16817139009 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16817703009 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...N82E16817703013 Cooler: I'm not an AMD guy, so I don't know what's compatible with what... MrAlex Posted March 22, 2009 Posted March 22, 2009 For the cooler, try the Sunbeam Core Contact Freezer CPU Cooler (Socket 754/939/940/AM2/AM3/LGA775) Some people get 18C with this baby

T3mpest Posted March 23, 2009 Posted March 23, 2009 i would also recommend the antec 300,900,902, 1200 series of cases. Or I saw a review for something called the Coolermaster Storm Sniper that looks pretty nice. the Cooler Master CM690 is good too. Fogel Posted March 23, 2009 Posted March 23, 2009 Those Corsair PSUs are REALLY nice. Picked up the 750W for my new system. I'm not fan of Seagate myself. I find them to be noisey and they tend to fail on me ...which explains my bias. I'd go with this drive instead: WD - 1TB - 32MB cache - 5yr warrenty I went a different route though so can't speak for that drive personally. I put two of these (so almost 1.3TB) in RAID 0 for the same price as your 1TB Seagate drive: WD - 640GB - 32MB cache - 5yr warrenty If you would rather have quiet than speed, I'd go with the AAKS (16MB cache) instead of the AALS.
