For ram smolt, you would be hard pushed to find anything much better than G.Skill 4GB DDR3 PI PC2-12800C7 1600MHz (2x2GB) CAS7 Dual Channel Kit (F3-12800CL7D-4GBPI). Looks like it clocks fairly good as well, not too bad a price for it either (well, for ddr3 anyway :D ).

 

About time you made the change, you old Luddite :P

If you go with T3RS and memory with CAS7 you are gonna probably need to update the bios before it will boot up with it. There were some problems with it booting up with cas 7 memory. Might want to grab a stick of cas 8 just in case. I would just stick with the t2r and the flex like you had picked out originally though. No major benefit to switch ing to ddr3.

I've posted plenty of screenshots with settings at the Club using 1333, 1600 and 2000 speed memory. Should be able to find something that suits your fancy.

IMO i would look in to what mushkin as to offer. I am extremely happy and impressed with my modules and havent heard anything bad about mushkin. They also have top-notch support. Either their DDR3 looks great as well as their DDR2 modules. Just my two cents

These look pretty impressive, however i havent looked in to DDR3 that much, I simply cant afford to lol

Ok update

I went with the 2x2gb ocz PC3 14400 (oczrpr18004gk) For ram

 

So far its stable at 3680 and cant seam to get past that
