Currently oriented around OCing...substitutions might include bumping the ram up to DDR2-1066... You sure you've got a PSU that can handle this? PS. For example, do you intend to do a lot of gaming, or is your PC more multi-purpose. Yes I would agree we need to know what you will be doing as you could get a quad core CPU if you would utilize that more than a good GFX card. Or more memory perhaps? You just need to get stuff that plays nice...from reputable manufacturers... P35 isn't a better choice than a P45...both will do crossfire... I would take Visiontek over Sapphire anyday. Some boards can be found for a lot cheaper, if you're really tight on budget. The Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3L for example. Also, beware. It seems that an error slipped into the DFI LP LT P35 T2R Newegg specifications. It says that it only supports DDR2 800, but actually it supports 1066. Refer here instead.
