wel it's a pita but i'd strip it back again & test that your keyboard still works "bare bones" - then try in case again but ensure you check:-

 

there are no extra standofs screwed in the case , & that all standoffs align to the screwho;es in mobo. the back panel cover (the bit of tinfoil :) ) can usually be mounted into the case b4 the mobo & just check that all the connects pass through the holes ok.

Awhir, at this point your gonna have to invest in a decent digital mm and find out where you are shorting at in your case. Make sure that your motherboard stand offs are high enough to prevent any grounding of any of the pins or screws (including cpu heatsink and fan) from the case.

 

This is a for sure shorting/grounding issue between your hardware and case. You'll just need to find it.
