Clear sealant! Applied to case, placed window on & weighed it down for 2 hours! I wanted a clean finish that I coluld remove easily if I scratched it or wanted to mod it further, I used pop rivets on my (crap) case & it looked too "industrial"

Holes were cut with a Jigsaw & fine toothed metal blade & hand finished with a fine file, I used a coin to draw round the case lock as a guide to space the pencil line evenly round the curve, then removed the lock to cut the panel, it worked pretty well. THe rest was done on thick card as a template adjusted, cut out & traced onto the panel., the CD/RW etc had the front panels removed & sprayed the same colour as the case & switches installed to switch the cathodes & fan speed.

EDIT:

This was done 4 months ago, I WILL (sometime) get the cables tidied etc & maybe a window etch. I actually had an offer fron www.overclock.co.uk to make windows mods for them but, it was going to be too expensive to make it viable.
