And below is the direct quote from post number 9 (which i referred in the OP) X2 3800 (socket 939): got it from one of my friends 2 weeks ago. It is an engineering sample (which tends to overclock better and he told me that this chip loves cold): ADBHE 0521 TPMW, the retail X2 3800's started with week 0526.
