Any food i eat could cause death due to the diabeties I have.... (low surgar) which pretty much means....no pasta, no bread, no juices except grapefruit, no sweets....no no no chocolate....no pie, no pudding, no nothing fun..... My normal heathly diet as suggested by my doctor....Green beans, saltine crackers, grapefruit juice..... do I follow this...o heck no.....A nice fat juicy steak from Applebee's just blows it...but it's so good.... Oh and for christmas...while Santa's out distributing your gifts again...I've been invited to fully take care of Mrs. Clause....which I have accepted.. Costco with bulk of meat for cheap > applebee's expensive dinner. Kick it off with some prime rib and pork baby back ribs with a side of baked potatoes.
