Recommended Posts

I have $100 to spend on a new power supply that will meet the requirments of my system in my Signature. Will this work and is it the best buy?

Yea its def a great buy, im using that exact power supply right now, its great.

But I am having probs with my computer right now, but its a device driver problem...random reboots etc...

if you dont mind spending over...$60 more...you can get that same power supply sleeved here: http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/ind...roducts_id=3097 with a variety of options to choose from...I kinda wish I had done that, it makes the wires 31253154 times more easy to manage...and looks really nice.

Yes it will work & at $100 it is a good buy,

however the OCZ PowerStream 520W is my #1 recommendation,

with adjustable rails, 1% load regulation, 5yr warranty & that famous OCZ customer service!

none of those power supplies have 24 pin connectors, they all 20-24 conveters. DFI says they will not support customers with a 20 pin connector or ones that have 20-24 pin conveters. I am very confused right now.

All of those PSU's have native 24-pin ATX, most in the form of a modular 20+4 pin ATX.
