This looks really nice for ppl that may want the GCN architecture, but cant afford the upper level cards or wait for the 8xxx series.

 

Too bad that this will not make it to my country or when it does it'll be months from now and then we can just wait for the 8xxx stuff. :(

Surprised that it isn't compared to other cards in it's price range like the 7770 too :P

Good card. At least I didn't expect much from AMD on this one..

P.S. Comparison with HD7750 & HD7770 would have been useful..

Need them to test with but at this point the target is closer to 7850 performance with the competition target being the GTX 650 Ti, which it crushes at stock speeds.

The 7770 gets pretty much slapped around by the 7790 so a direct comparison while academically interesting is not really all that big of a deal.
