Thanks Guns4Hire Since you got the rest of the answers I'll take this part. According to my information, TCCD and UTT are simply codes used to identify a specific design of DRAM chip. They don't have any specific meaning other than to give them a unique identifier. I did see one post where a guy was having trouble getting his rig stable with some UTT RAM and he said it stands for "Un-Tested Technology".
