Have you tried to clear the cmos by removing the jumper and taking out the battery, a lot of times that remedies this problem. Its happened to me several times before when ive overclocked too much and removing the jumper and taking the battery out has always helped. If that doesnt work we see what else we can do :D

p.s. sometimes you need to leave the battery and jumper out for a couple of hours for it to actually clear

I had that exact problem before. Everything turned on, but no beep..nothing. My Bios chip got fried somehow. Luckly it was still under warranty..got it replaced and it was fine. you might look into buying a new bios chip.

yeah, thats happend to me too. Scared me to death. Just unplug the power cable from PSU, remove RAM, take out battery, and clear cmos. If it still doesn't work then you fried you bios. I fried mine once but it was under waranty. make sure you take out your memory though, it can hold a charge.

I had that happen to me one time, and nothing worked untill I removed my TV tuner card, the system then booted with no problems, during the self test if there is a bad card on one of the buses you wont get the beep, and you will not be able to get in to the BIOS. Try one at a time removing your PCI cards, and even your AGP video card (if it's not integrated). If you get the beep you've found your problem.

i had one that would not do anything when i tried to get the cmos reset, had to finaly take out the battery, switch the jumper, and try and turn on the computer without the battery and the jumper still on reset it powered up for about a second then shut off, i then reset everything back and turned it on again, then my cmos was back to good as new.
